Our family’s story

this restaurant is a tribute to my grandma who started it all. She once ran a humble eatery to raise her nine children, pouring her strength, love, and resilience into every bowl she served. Those same recipes have been passed down through generations, carrying her story with them.

Today, I’m honoured to bring those flavours to life again — rooted in tradition, but reimagined with my own touch. Every dish is inspired by her, by our family, and by the meals that brought us together.

What began as a way to honour her legacy has grown into something deeply meaningful. Grandma Đặng is more than a restaurant — it’s her story, her spirit, and her cooking, carried forward with heart and purpose.
