• For the right person, an apprenticeship opportunity will also be available in 2027.

  This pathway will provide you with formal training through a registered training provider, alongside hands-on training and supervision from Chef Luke.

  Throughout your apprenticeship, we will work through five key aspects of a commercial kitchen:

  • Safety – developing safe and responsible kitchen practices.

  • Quality – understanding and maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.

  • Consistency – learning to produce the same high standard, every time.

  • Sequence of tasks – understanding how to organise and prioritise your work efficiently.

  • Speed – building the confidence and ability to work effectively in a busy commercial kitchen.

  Our goal is to help you become confident, capable and well-prepared for a long-term career in the commercial kitchen industry.
